Question: Are your tours MLS compliant? Yes, both the PROPERTY WEBSITE VIRTUAL TOUR and REAL TOUR VISION versions are MLS compliant with both the National MLS Directory at REALTOR.COM and the local Middle Tennessee MLS Directory at REALTRACS.COM
Question: What is the charge to post tours to Realtor.com using PicturePath™? Nashville Virtual Tours & Photography offers virtual tour technology that is an approved PicturePath™ member of Homestore, Inc the operator of Realtor.com. This means that we are authorized to send virtual tours from our servers to the following websites: www.realtor.com, www.homestore.com, www.msn.com. Homestore, Inc applies a charge for each tour sent to the sites listed above. We pass on this charge to you. The cost is $19.95 each time we send a virtual tour through the PicturePath gateway - unlike most other virtual tour providers, we provide this service to you at cost - most charge $25. All companies that post virtual tours to the Homestore network of sites are charged to do so. Companies that are not an approved PicturePath™ member are unauthorized to send virtual tours to the Homestore network of sites. We can also send your tours to www.homeseekers.com and www.homes.com at no charge to you.
Question: What is the pricing of your different virtual tour packages? Can I order online? Do you offer payment plans? What forms of payment do you accept? Do you charge sales tax? Nashville Virtual Tours & Photography offers a variety of packages to meet the needs of our different clientele. Our online PRICING section is currently undergoing development, so please contact us by phone or email to discuss our different packages and pricing. We accept payment via cash, check or PayPal email invoice (which you can pay using your credit card. There is a small fee for using the PayPal payment method). And yes - we do offer a three-month payment plan which you can take advantage of starting with your second real estate virtual tour order. Contact us for details. Finally, we are legally required to assess TN Rutherford County Sales Tax (9.75%) on all orders placed.

Nashville Virtual Tours & Photography is one of a select few virtual tour providers in the country to offer HIGH DEFINITION Photos and 360 Panoramas which provide more of a "actually being there" experience. Very rarely are windows blown out, as highlights and lowlights are controlled much more easily. Furthermore, the color range is much more vivid, providing for a phenomenal viewing experience.
